PSAI 2014 Annual Conference

The 2014 Annual Conference will be hosted by the National University of Ireland, Galway, between 17 - 19 October 2014. PSAI Postgraduate Biennial Conference

The biennial Postgraduate Conference took place in Dublin City University on Friday, 16 May 2014. The conference programme can be accessed here.


PSAI prizes awarded

  • 2014 Brian Farrell Book Prize:
    Awarded to Dr. Iain McMenamin, School of Government and Law, Dublin City University for his book If Money Talks, What Does It Say? Corruption and Business Financing of Political Parties published by Oxford University Press, 2013
  • 2014 Basil Chubb PhD Prize:
    Awarded to Dr. Erin Baumann, School of Politics and International Relations, University College Dublin for her thesis Between Politics and a Hard Place: influences, institutions, and foreign policies in post-Soviet Eastern Europe
  • 2014 PSAI Best Conference Paper:
    Awarded to Dr. Sean McGraw, Department of Political Science, University of Notre Dame for his paper Ideological Flexibility: A Dynamic Understanding of Irish Electoral Politics
  • 2014 PSAI Teaching and Learning Award:
