PSAI 2014 Annual Conference
The 2014 Annual Conference will be hosted by the National University of Ireland, Galway, between 17 - 19 October 2014. The Call for Papers is available to view here. PSAI Postgraduate Biennial Conference
The biennial Postgraduate Conference will take place in Dublin City University on Friday, 16 May 2014. The call for papers can be accessed here.


PSAI prizes awarded

  • 2013 Brian Farrell Book Prize:
    Awarded to Dr. Cara Nine, Department of Philosophy, University College Cork for her book Global Justice and Territory published by Oxford University Press, 2012
  • PSAI Teaching and Learning Award:
    Awarded to Dr Mary C. Murphy, Department of Government, University College Cork
  • 2013 Basil Chubb PhD Prize:
    Awarded to Dr. Walt Kilroy, of the School of Law and Government, Dublin City University for his thesis From Conflict to Ownership: Participatory approaches to the reintegration of ex-combatants in Sierra Leone and Liberia.
  • The 2013 PSAI Best Conference Paper:
    Awarded to Dr. Emmanuelle Schön-Quinlivan for her paper The Troika in Ireland
